Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish pop and flamenco singer. When she was a teenager she sang both in traditional and popular music. But, her music interests have widened to encompass soul and hip-hop. Her voice has been said by no less a talent than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet but with a bite like older versions. El Mal Querer gained her notoriety and commercial success after her first album Los Angeles was released in the year 2017. It earned an award from an award called the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. In 2021, her track La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami was a collaboration with a variety of artists, including Cory Henry, James Blake as well as others. The release date was March 20, 2022, following the performance of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia is the first Spanish artist to perform solo on the show. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman ever to win both of these awards.
